Representative Projects
Design-Build
KAYA has established a track record of turn-key design and construction project delivery for our DoD customers. We have completed a wide variety of construction projects ranging from traditional Army motor pool and vehicle maintenance facilities to specialty facilities for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCIF) at locations both CONOUS and OCONUS. KAYA managers understand the unique requirements and constraints imposed by the type of funding our customers provide, whether it be Minor Military Construction; O&M, RDT&E or Army Laboratory Revitalization Program.
Short of full turn-key project delivery, KAYA engineers have provided the DoD with direct on site support across CONUS and OCONUS for Construction Management (CM) Quality Assurance (QA), and Owners Representative Services to support specific customer concerns with their ongoing projects.
Full Life Cycle Real Property Support
KAYA has provided full life cycle real property services for our DoD customers for mroe than 10 years. We are thoroughly familiar with the DoD life cycle requirements and the specific Department of the Army requirements of ACSIM and IMCOM. Our personnel routinely provide our customers with real property master planning products and services; from facility utilization surveys to comprehensive development plans. We routinely develop full DD Form 1391 programming packages supported with economic analysis of alternatives to new construction. KAYA real property specialists have a track record with our Army and DoD customers of assisting with maintenance of accurate real property inventory documentation including DD Form 1354 for real property transfer and the GFEBS update of real property databases.
BMDS Engineer Support
KAYA staff includes engineers and planners with an extensive track record of direct support to our DoD and Army customers. We are experienced in the traditional Facility, Siting, Environmental (FSE) multi-disciplinary team approach to weapon system deployment. Our specialists have provided comprehensive basing concept analysis documentation and facility and infrastructure planning support for a host of BMDS system and subsystems supporting both test and tactical requirements.
